COMPANY INTRODUCTION : 公司介紹珠海愛克漢勝車用同軸系統(tǒng)有限公司,是在汽車和數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)市場(chǎng)的高科技電線電纜領(lǐng)域的法國科技行業(yè)領(lǐng)頭-愛克集團(tuán)與在生產(chǎn)制造和銷售各種通訊電線電纜領(lǐng)域的中國企業(yè)領(lǐng)頭-珠海漢勝科技股份有限公司的合資子公司。我們正在尋找一個(gè)大客戶經(jīng)理成為我們公司成員,你會(huì)有愛克集團(tuán)同軸產(chǎn)品在中國具有挑戰(zhàn)性的使命,包括開發(fā)銷售和拓展業(yè)務(wù),以及制定公司業(yè)務(wù)的商務(wù)戰(zhàn)略。PURPOSES : 目的- Develop the sales and business development of ACOME coaxial products in China.開發(fā)Acome在中國區(qū)同軸產(chǎn)品的業(yè)務(wù)MAJOR PRIORITIES : 主要任務(wù)- Development of the Business Unit activities and conquest of coaxial market進(jìn)行開發(fā)活動(dòng)、奪取同軸業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)- Quick development of turn-over on the coaxial product range快速實(shí)現(xiàn)同軸系列產(chǎn)品的銷售額- Promote ACOME products range and defense of our market share推廣同軸系列產(chǎn)品、保護(hù)市場(chǎng)份額- Customer satisfaction and loyalty提高客戶滿意度和忠誠度Commercial strategy 商務(wù)戰(zhàn)略- Analyze market studies and information from customers, in order to identify the market opportunities and the position of the company on the coaxial market.分析市場(chǎng)和客戶端的信息,為了確認(rèn)市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)和公司在同軸市場(chǎng)上的定位。- Participate to the definition of the pricing policy, margins, and sales conditions for the coaxial products.參與定義同軸產(chǎn)品的定價(jià)政策、利潤和銷售條件。- Participate to the definition and execution of the commercial action plans to ensure the deployment of the coaxial commercial strategy.參與商業(yè)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃的定義和執(zhí)行,以確保同軸商業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的發(fā)展。- Define and set-up the suitable actions to reach the fixed objectives and ensure a profitable and sustainable growth. 定義和建立適當(dāng)?shù)男袆?dòng)以達(dá)到固定的目標(biāo),并確保一個(gè)可盈利和可持續(xù)的增長。- Participate to the definition of the commercial key targets and objectives for turn-over development.參與制定商業(yè)關(guān)鍵目標(biāo)和營業(yè)額增長目標(biāo)。Marketing information 市場(chǎng)信息- Collect, analyze, and share with relevant departments the customers future demands, projects targeted, products and/or technological trends and priorities.收集、分析并與相關(guān)部門分享客戶未來需求、目標(biāo)項(xiàng)目、產(chǎn)品和/或技術(shù)趨勢(shì)和優(yōu)先事項(xiàng)。- Participate in the analysis of local competitors參與對(duì)本地競(jìng)爭對(duì)手的分析- Be present on exhibitions, conferences to monitor market trends and promote the company and products.參與展會(huì)、會(huì)議以監(jiān)測(cè)市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)并推廣公司和產(chǎn)品Business Development 業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)- Prospect new potential customers using different kind of sources (personal network, market analysis, conferences, social network…). 利用各種資源(個(gè)人人脈、市場(chǎng)分析、會(huì)議、社交網(wǎng)絡(luò))開發(fā)新客戶- Complete annual new acquisitions and sales projects targets.完成年度新項(xiàng)目的收購業(yè)務(wù)和新項(xiàng)目的銷售指標(biāo)- Identify commercial opportunities.抓住商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)- Gain potential customers through proactive market development.通過市場(chǎng)開發(fā)贏得潛在客戶- Pre RFQ activities, guide new customers to adopt the products of the company.實(shí)施前期導(dǎo)入準(zhǔn)備工作,引導(dǎo)新客戶采用公司產(chǎn)品- Project management: regular meeting, project status update, project manager role.項(xiàng)目管理: 召開例會(huì)、項(xiàng)目狀態(tài)更新跟進(jìn)、行使發(fā)揮項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的職能- Business negotiation of engineering changes.設(shè)計(jì)變更時(shí)的商務(wù)談判- Organize and coordinate company departments to submit competitive quotation and samples.組織并協(xié)調(diào)各部門提交有競(jìng)爭力的報(bào)價(jià)以及提交樣品Key Accounts
