Responsibilities:
- Follow up the Standard Operations Procedure guidelines
- Liaise with Commercial Director on the procedure enhancement and optimization, always keep the
system up to latest needs
- Conduct random store visit to ensure the daily store operation is in line with Brunello Cucinelli
guidelines and standard.
- Provide support on store back office works, including packaging material ordering and allocation,
name badge/sales memo, etc. ordering.
- Work as the contact person for different store facility maintenance projects, to ensure store
environment is managed to the brand standard.
- Be responsible for the store daily consumption budget, including daily expenses, maintenance, etc.
- Taking in charge of store opening and closure, leasing with external and internal partners, ensurea smooth process and on time accomplishment.
- Taking in charge of the retail monthly stock take, monitor the whole procedure to make sure follow
up the SOP.
- Reports: Prepare weekly business report for every two weeks/monthly alteration(repair) report for
every two months/promotion calendar for every month.
- Documents chopping for retail stores.
- Communication with HQ about operation issue or feedback follow up.
- Assist with Trunk show/MTM events
- Other duties assigned by line manager.
Skills and abilities required:
? Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a luxury brand, being operation role
? Hands-on and hard working
? Passion and high motivation for Brunello Cucinelli products and Brand
? Knowledge of the retail operation and store related
? Good computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook
? Fluent in English is a plus
