： Senior SCM Process Specialist： What is the job about? Your role as Senior SCM specialist is to cover deep knowledge of supply chain end to end process as well as transfer your knowledge into innovative and continuous improvements with digital and automation solution by considering customers’ current process. Main focus is to cover demand planning and supply network planning, purchase to pay process optimization for customers. In the position of senior SCM Process Specialist, the tasks are characterized by having a high complexity and scale and cover supply chain planning process in a wide perspective and with a high improvement impact. Tasks at hand can range from minor and quick improvements to big and complex projects and last from a few hours of work to initiatives running for months of years, where you participate or have a driver role. Example of tasks can include: · Design elements of the overall planning principles in DPL platform. · Design and build the foundation in DPL system for demand / supply planning management. · Work close with customers and key stakeholders to complete digital projects. Your main responsibilities: · Drive development, implementation and deployment of Siemens best practices within supply chain process through strategic projects and continuous improvements. · Identify improvements opportunities, scope and execute tasks and ensure proper deployment and anchoring in the wider organization. · Own, maintain and execute training in processes, analytics, tools, and methods. · Maintain and participate in the design and improvement projects with DO team. · Design, document and support KPIs and process indicators. · Solve issues and act as an expert in supporting the execution of supply chain process. · Use digital solution expertise service concept in E2E supply chain process to win customers’ new business. · Other tasks assigned by line manager. Your background: We imagine that you have: · You are an experienced candidates within several years of experience with tasks and routines within direct and indirect material supply chain process management as well as process analysis methods, problem solving techniques and project management tools and methods to optimize process. · You have the personal clout to bring process improvements from idea to implementation. You are creative , committed and having a positive curious mindset and see opportunities. · Furthermore, you thrive in an environment with a combination of project related tasks and general process development. · Relevant educational background degree within supply chain or similar work experience. · E2E supply chain understanding preferable. · Experience with demand planning / material planning is mandatory · Process industry experience within a business environment, experience working in a large manufacturing environment is preferred. ü Experience in SAP is mandatory ü Ability to understand GBS and GBS customers’ processes. ü Communication effortlessly in English, both in written and speaking. · Digital project experience is a preferred, own PMP certificate is a plus. · Strong data analysis with skillfully using Power BI, power query, excel etc is preferred. · Skillfully on PPT / Word is preferred.
