Job Responsibility:
Lead China Drivetrain Aftermarket Part business growth through development of products and programs
Lead and deliver new products and programs globally or regionally
Gather and provide VOC and VOD to the engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, pricing and logistics teams
Develop, coordinate and present Training materials
Competitive Analysis
Support Global Drivetrain Aftermarket Parts development team and identify China DT aftermarket business opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with 3 year’s above in mechanical engineering area.
Construction Machine or Transmission/Axle design/development experience preferred.
Experience in product support or working with dealers/customers is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, and strong presentation skill
Creative, keep interest in taking challenge and pressure
Excellent in English/Chinese communication with people/team from different background and culture (oral
