Assist project sales in preparing project bidding document. 5. 積極跟進報價發(fā)送后的反饋，并進行記錄和分析，以確保報價轉化為訂單； Actively follow up quotation, record and analyze it to ensure the quotation transfer to an order. 6. 制作合同或協議，并審核合同條款，反饋風險給銷售進行確認或與客戶協商，跟進合同審批等內部流程； Make contract or agreement and review contract terms, feedback risk to sales for confirmation or negotiate with customer. Follow up the contract approval process internally. 7. 通過電話、郵件等方式發(fā)掘潛在的業(yè)務需求，拓展新客戶或維護現有客戶，促進長期合作伙伴關系； Make initial contact with customers to explore their potential needs via outbound call and email. Establish new customer relationship and maintain regular customer for further long-term partnership. 8. 應收賬款及時催收，督促客戶根據付款要求準時支付貨款； Ensure the timely collection of account receivable from customer. Urge customer to pay back within payment term. 9. 接收客戶投訴，內部協調并跟進結果，提升客戶滿意度； Handle and track customer complaints efficiently to improve the customer satisfaction. 10. 上級安排的其他相關工作。 Other related work assigned by line manager.
