Job Summary
- Ensure stable running of SMT equipments in production
- Reach QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets, by continuous improvement
- Support and conduct implementation of BPS
- Responbile for shift service comptance develop
Job Responsibilities
- Focuse on placement machine, experienced in ASM will be given priority
- Focusing on continuous downtime reduction, improvements on equipment technical available, OEE, …
- Improve ASM/panasonic placement machine performance and technical management
- Training of technicians and operators upon request by production management or according to trainings plan
- Create work instruction, process data sheet, standardized work sheets for equipment and maintenance as well as other production or process related documents.
- BPS activity (TPM standardization, visualization, implementation, CIP …)
- Professional problem solving method (PSS) for equipment/TPM problems
- Arrange daily job to service tech, improve the work efficiency, competency, discipline…
- Share good work style and attitude to colleagues and influce them
- Other tasks from supervisor -
Qualifications
University, major in mechanical or electrical.
Not less than 3 years work experience
Substantial understanding of one or more of the AIT processes – Physics, chemistry, materials, machine technology and the correlation of the various processes.
Good problem solving skill
Good at management
