Background:
EC team will have new office and workshop area in BBA Tiexi plant. We are in process for the construction work. A project management function is needed to have the onsite control of the construction work, and so on.
For the service scope, see below.
Service Scope:
Project management function, reporting to line manager in EC-P-1.
Daily cooperation with BBT-E-1.
- Daily working with EC people in Shenyang (currently EC has already 90
people working in Shenyang office).
Onsite daily work to check the construction status, and report line manager, EC-P-1.
Give suggestions for construction related topics.
- In charge of the office moving issue, when the new office is ready.
After the construction work done, monitor and assist the hand over from construction team to facility management team.
- Related topics, to report to line manager in EC-P-1, giving suggestions and making escalation.
Requirements
The Supplier, especially the working person onsite, shall have the following qualifications and remain such qualifications during the entire term of services:
University degree or above
- Working experience, for construction area, or facility management area for more than 4 years.
Can read English Emails.
- English speaking skill is preferred.
Diligent, detail oriented, structured.
- Good communication skill.
Good in MS Office software skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
