崗位職責(zé):
1. Complete product development, buying and production, responsible for your categories
2. Be responsible for pricing, margin, delivery and quality (the KPIs) over all your categories
3. Manage a team of buyers and technicians
4. Generate sourcing strategy, source, and shortlist and pre-qualify suppliers
5. Work with foreign and local designers and design managers on sample developments, new trends, fabric sourcing.
6. Evaluate suppliers’ and buyers’ performance timely.
7. Expand supply market locally (map the Chinese supply market) and internationally
8. Assure valid cost breakdowns
9. Assure best practice and synergy utilization
10. Establish internal reference guides for target prices across categories
11. Optimize supply chain(suppliers and sub suppliers)
12. Process optimization (internal / external)
13. Control lead-times, negotiate and implement supply agreements
14. Define supplier KPIs and follow up
15. Follow up on budget
16. Represent and communicate the Bestseller Code of Conduct

任職要求:
1. Bachelor Degree in Garment or Purchasing Engineer is preferred
2. 10 years sourcing/buying and production experience from fashion or retail business
3. Strong fashion mind and business sense
4. Strong experience of Sourcing including offshore (APAC)
5. Strong in adapting strategies
6. Strong Leadership and Management qualities
7. Structured processes best suiting business environment
8. Manufacturing, product and costing knowledge
9. Proven track record
10. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
11. Used to travel (domestic/international)
12. Self-starter, proactive and results oriented
13. Fluent in English
