A. Accountabilities
The job-holder is responsible to manage all administrative topics in collaboration with Airbus team and the
Supplier XAT, this including:
74 Assist the Head of Fuselage Equipping Tianjin and team members in related administrative tasks
74 Act as IT Interrupt Service Routine (ISR) and as department Facility Management focal point
74 Create Purchase Request for General and Technical WPs
In addition, the post holder acts as an EHS Focal Point, which includes:
74 Interface between Fuselage Equipping Tianjin and ATDC's EHS officers and work packages of FET
74 Ensuring that all required safety briefings and actions (those of the supplier and ATDC) are carried
out and documented.

B. Main activities

74 Coordinate with related functions for all FET related Purchase Requirements or Purchase Orders,
and create PR/PO in SAP.

74 Be the ISR of the department by requesting, recovering and managing IT tools access rights
applications and manage IT issue by launching queries
