Role Definition
Caterpillar Large Power System Division is seeking a Design Engineer to lead the development of innovative solutions for exhaust and air starting systems within our advanced power products portfolio. This role will focus on driving the evolution of these critical systems through the New Technology Introduction (NTI) and New Product Introduction (NPI) phases, ensuring they meet the demanding requirements of modern engine applications. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engine platform team, and suppliers, to deliver robust, efficient, and cost-effective designs and products.
