Mission
- To provide the best project proposal to achieve maximum customer value.
Major Responsibilities
- Providing technical support to the sales team and customers
- To prepare and lead detailed technical presentations for bid clarification meetings
- To implement local priorities in line with divisional goals, targets and strategies
- To evaluate and clarify customer inquiries and specifications from the energy conversion market, as well as price optimization etc.
- To complete thermodynamic and mechanical calculations using the company’s proprietary design software
- To establish scope of supply definitions to meet customer requirements while maximizing competitiveness
- To prepare proposals independently and progressively complex formal technical bidding documents with a minimum of outside assistance
- To understand and apply divisional standard policies and procedures within proposals
- Cooperation with Product Company on solutions and Customer Service on installation and commissioning.
- To develop, organize and maintain local intranet server tools to increase the team’s effectiveness
- To assist management with local sub-suppliers to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions
Experience requirements
- Experience in technical design and business proposal.
- Experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) system is preferred.
- Experience in sizing heat pumps, water pumps, heat exchanger is preferred.
Knowledge
- Proficient in English writing
