3. Operate the equipment in accordance with equipment safety operating procedures and standard requirements, perform preparation work such as mounting and polishing on metallographic samples.
按照設(shè)備安全操作規(guī)程及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，進(jìn)行金相樣品制備工作。
4. Be familiar with metallographic testing standards, operate metallographic testing equipment for testing, record the test results, and issue metallographic testing reports. Including: iron testing, steel testing, heat-treated parts testing, gear testing, SEM, etc.
熟悉金相檢測標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，操作金相檢測設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢測，并記錄檢測結(jié)果，出具金相檢測報(bào)告。包括但不限于：鑄鐵檢測、鑄鋼檢測，熱處理零件檢測、齒輪檢測、掃描電鏡等。
