Procurement Controller
Responsibilities:
*Responsible for Procurement part sub-department financial data reporting
*SAP process operation (master data creation/maintenance, billing, actual cost booking/adjustment, report checking, etc.)
*Support on budgeting and forecasting for department key financial figures, Monthly tracking and monitor
*Support to review / conclude SLA on creation, signature follow up and filling
*Regular report preparation
*Payment documents preparation, monitoring customer payment schedule, and account receivables following up
*Other Ad hoc commercial assignment by the management.
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Finance
*One year above working experience in commercial or finance area is preferred
*Good Microsoft office software skill (especially Excel, better to know SAP)
*Excellent communication and coordinate cross-functional teams.
* Fluent in Chinese
