Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 參與業(yè)務需求調研，與業(yè)務部門溝通、分析和理解他們的業(yè)務需求，為其提供解決方案建議。Participate in business requirement gathering, communicate, analyze, and understand their business needs, and provide solution recommendations.
2. 負責數據抓取，確保生產數據的準確性和可靠性。
Responsible for data ETL, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of production data.
3. 支持數據管理。監(jiān)督數據清洗過程。確保準確的數據提供。
Support data management. Supervise the data cleansing process to ensure accurate data provision.
4. 負責業(yè)務部門業(yè)務工具的運行、開發(fā)與維護，支持業(yè)務數據需求。
Responsible for operating, developing and maintaining SASS tools to support business data needs.
5. 維護終端設備，包括但不限于電腦（臺式機、筆記本、終端觸摸屏及顯示器），資產管理，員工應用問題解決、故障排除、報修維修等。
Maintain terminal equipment, including but not limited to computers (desktops, laptops, terminal touch screens and monitors), asset management, resolving employee application issues, troubleshooting, and repair.
6. 主管安排的其他任務。

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. 熟悉主流數據庫，具備良好的數據處理邏輯，有良好的學習能力。
Familiar with mainstream databases, possessing strong data processing logic, and demonstrating excellent learning capabilities.
2. 熟悉Python、SQL等相關數據分析處理語言，能夠實現數據相關的工具、功能開發(fā)。
Proficient in Python, SQL, and other related data analysis and processing languages, capable of developing tools and functionalities related to data.
3. 具備良好的問題解決能力和分析能力，能夠理解和解決復雜的業(yè)務和技術問題。
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of understanding and resolving complex business and technical issues.
4. 具備良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神，能夠與業(yè)務團隊成員有效地合作。
Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with business teams.
5. 具備良好的英語聽說能力，能夠與團隊及業(yè)務部門進行有效的溝通。
Proficient in written and spoken English, able to communicate effectively with global teams.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 本科或以上學歷，計算機科學、信息系統(tǒng)或相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields preferred.
2. 具備數據項目實施經驗，有數據分析、數據應用開發(fā)經驗者優(yōu)先。
Candidates with experience in data project implementation, as well as experience in data analysis and data application development, are preferred.
3. 具有外資企業(yè)工作經驗者優(yōu)先。
Working experience in a foreign investment enterprise is a plus
