Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant field: Electrical / Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering
Work experience in electric drive systems or components such as battery, motor, power electronics development
電驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)或相關(guān)元器件（如電池、電機、電力電子）開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗
Familiar with electric drive system architecture and components such as motor, inverter, DC-DC, PDU and chargers, etc.
DC-DC 轉(zhuǎn)換器、高壓配電單元、充電器等）
Experience in electric drive system integration or simulation is preferred
Good communication and project management skills
Good English skills and team player, Interested in new technology and self-motivated
Responsibility:
The job will be related to the following but not limited to
Electric drive system requirements and specification development based on machine performance requirements

Lead system DFMEA and validation plan
主導(dǎo)電驅(qū)動系統(tǒng) DFMEA（設(shè)計失效模式與影響分析）編制及驗證方案制定
Lead system design review
主導(dǎo)電驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)設(shè)計評審工作
Test bed development
負(fù)責(zé)測試臺架的開發(fā)工作
Collaborate with machine and other system team to deliver the project
與設(shè)備團隊及其他系統(tǒng)團隊協(xié)作，確保項目順利交付
NPI issue resolution
負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入（NPI）過程中的問題解決
